THE SUN COMMUNITIES PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM

Sun Communities has established the best possible service level agreement for restoration services through ServiceMaster Restore.  See details below.

To ensure ServiceMaster Restore has the information needed to take the steps outlined below, starting with an initial contact within one hour, please use the Request Form provided.

PROGRAM DETAILS

  • Initial customer contact within one hour

  • Arrival on-site – within 4 hours

  • Initial estimate uploaded within 48 hours of on-site arrival

  • Obtain a signed “ Client Work Authorization/Direction of Payment” form prior to starting mitigation services

  • Prior approvals for any services beyond $3,500

  • Work outside of the scope of the mitigation program is not allowed without prior approval

  • All services outside of mitigation will require separate estimates

  • Upload final record of drying condition measures & Inspection Report – within 24 hours of completion

  • Upload signed Certificate of Satisfaction

  • Upload final estimate – within 10 days of inspection

  • Final payment sent to ServiceMaster Restore Corporate office within 30 days of receipt of final estimate
